IN THE MATTER of a Memorial and Peti-

tion for Certificate of Imperial Na-

turalization of Ada Charlotte Sachse (commonly known as Georgina Ada Sachse) of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong,

Widow.

I,ADA CHARLOTTE SACHSE (commonly known as GEORGINA ADA SACHSE) of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Proprietress and Manageress of "Kingsclere Hotel",Victoria aforesaid,and of "Craigieburn Boarding House" situate at the Peak in the said Colony,do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and say as

follows:-

1. That on the sixth day of October,1919,I signed a

Memorial and Humble Petition for a Certificate of Imperial Na-

turalization and Readmission to British Nationality and for

leave to change my name, which is hereunto annexed.

2.

That the Statements therein contained are true in

every respect.

And lastly I make this solemn Declaration conscien-

tiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the Pro-

visions of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835.

DECLARED at Victoria aforesaid

this Sixth day of October,1919.
